Booth spaces will be 10X10, and will be $50 for commercial vendors and $40 for non-profits with sales. All booths must be approved by the festival committee.
Booth Schedule
Saturday, May 3rd, 2008 Vendors must be on the festival site by 12pm.
Vendors must remain on the festival grounds until 8pm.
Activities will run from 12pm to 8pm.
Sunday, May 4th, 2008 Vendors may elect to be set up on Sunday, but please do not take down during the festivities. Vendors who choose to set up on Sunday must remain on the festival grounds until 7pm.
Please do not take-down until 7pm. Activities will run from 2pm-7pm.
All booths are outside. Vendors must supply all needed equipment, including tents, tables, chairs, etc. If you need electricity, let us know well in advance, because it will be limited. Electricity is not available to booths located on the street.
